These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore (or your jurisdiction). Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Singapore, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting; we will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Blackowl regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision.
